Upon completing this course, each student should be able to:
- understand the essential basic concepts related to probability, statistics, and calculus and the relations between them
- prepare activities for effective teaching and learning of probability, statistics, and calculus
- develop understanding of students’ ways of thinking related to probability, statistics, and calculus
- use information and communication technologies for effective teaching of probability, statistics, and calculus
- acknowledge the importance of tools, materials, and technology used in teaching and learning of probability, statistics, and calculus
- recognize the importance of collaborative work
- design and implement a lesson plan/activity on probability, statistics, and calculus topics in the secondary school mathematics curriculum
- take pleasure in participating in learning and teaching activities
