Course Objectives

Eutrophication is an expanding environmental problem that causes severe conditions in aquatic systems all around the world. Especially in marine waters, eutrophication threatens marine life. As the graduate program in the marine sciences aims to teach students all disciplines about marine environment, this course will provide students to use their knowledge and create better connections between physical, chemical and biological processes that effects marine life. Besides, this course will provide students to be aware of national and international legislations about marine policies.
