At the end of the course, students will be able to:

2.1. understand the basics of relational databases.

2.2. design relational databases and normalise database designs.

2.3. use Standard Query Language (SQL) to gather required information from databases.

2.4. use AI to benefit their work.

3.1. understand the basics of widely used tools for data storage and decision support via reports and dashboards (MS Excel, MySQL).

3.2. automate processes such as data manipulation (MS Excel, VBA for Excel) and reporting (MS Excel).
