The main objectives of this course are:

• to acquire the basic hands-on experience on how different construction materials are applied at construction sites after obtaining the application knowledge.
• to provide a link between the basic design practices and material in scaled construction activities by using modeling and basic construction techniques on concrete and wood.

to introduce the use of surveying equipment, topographic readings, measurement techniques and their applications and to provide an understanding of documentation of this knowledge
