At the end of this course, students will be able to:
- Outline current research in organizational behavior issues,
- Evaluate the behavioral challenges of the workplace, and compare public and private
organizations in that respect
- Explain how leadership, communication, organizational design, power, conflict etc. affect
individual and group behavior and organizational outcomes in public and private organizations,
- Discuss group development and group dynamics,
- Identify strategies to solve organizational conflicts,
- Describe the process, opportunities and challenges of organizational development and change,
- Apply organizational behavior frameworks and concepts to improve individual, group, and
organizational effectiveness in public and private organizations.
