This course will build on your knowledge of key concepts, acquired in PSYC 335. Over the last decades, there has been a rapid growth of interest in applying social identity approach to the problems of organizational psychology. During this course, you will be introduced to theories used by both social and industrial psychologists, with the primary focus on social identity and self-categorization theories.
