The students are expected to gain knowledge on the historical perspective to urbanization processes with its multiplicities, to critically think about the role of cities in the rise and fall of civilizations and the repercussions of these realities in the contemporary settlements, to be able to grasp the significance of the routines and extraordinary events around the cities.
