By the end of this course, students will be able to:

1. identify and evaluate the main points and significant details presented in an authentic media material;

2. identify and evaluate different points of view;

3. participate in conversations and discussions on media topics;

4. write on a given topic and be able to explain the position taken and evaluate it.
