With the critical look that is intented to be developed in the course, students are expected to acquire skills and compentencies to question past and present literature about urbanisation process. The course aims also to provide students a basis for further researh based on contemporary discussion on political economy of urbanisation. Finally, throughout the semester, students will find space to develop their own study areas which can further be developed in the form of Master's thesis, article, research project or proposal.
