During the course, the participants are expected to acquire: (i) understanding how ICT can change work organization; (ii) ICT and labour, who benefits from ICT; (iii) social aspects of innovation; (iv) the policy implications of the two literatures, how to deal with labour issues as a result of work organization and the localization versus globalization debate.
