·  To understand the process of developing Likert type of scale.

·  To write items for a scale.

·  To apply to ethic committe for their scale development study.

·  To use statistical analyses to analyze and interpret data while developing their own scales.

·  To write their manuscript about how they developed their scales by using APA style.
