Once the course is completed students will,
- Have a basic understanding of Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
- Have the ability to design the parameters of an MRI/Relaxation sequence for a specific application.
- Have learned to use a low-resolution MRI/NMR system to obtain MR images and Relaxation spectrums.
- Have learned to interpret 1D and 2D relaxation spectrums and apply that knowledge on understanding food systems.
- Have learned to get quantified information from an MR image by using MATLAB.
- With this course, student’s awareness about MRI will increase and graduate students will have the chance to integrate this new tool to their studies if applicable.
