Course Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, students will be able to:

Demonstrate an understanding of the goals, methods, and ethical considerations involved in conducting research within public institutions.

Apply basic research skills, including data collection, analysis, and presentation, to address challenges faced by public institutions.

Collaborate effectively in teams to design and implement research processes, collect relevant data, and develop actionable recommendations for improvement.

Present research findings in a clear and compelling manner, both orally and in written form, to diverse stakeholders within public institutions.

Critically evaluate the effectiveness of proposed projects or programs aimed at enhancing the performance and impact of public institutions.

Demonstrate creativity and innovation in proposing solutions to complex problems encountered in public institutions, considering factors such as stakeholder interests and resource constraints.
