Course Learning Outcomes

-Students can discuss the bottlenecks in mineral transport from root to the fruit

-Students can illustrate how abiotic stresses cause yield loss by providing examples and explaining the logic.

Students can state at least six problems and describe how current plant research tackles them.

Students can compare and contrast chelation strategy in mineral nutrition of plants and state at least three ways how it differs from that of microbes.
