During the course, the student is expected to acquire:

i) a clear understanding of the concepts of “work” and “work organizations”

ii) a foundation of the knowledge of the employment relations;

iii) understanding of the socio-cultural aspects of the world of work, iv) acquaintance with the multi-party character of the world of organizations,

v) knowledge of the historical and contemporary changes,
