• Explain regulatory requirements associated with construction safety
• Relate the need for a safety program, and how this program can be implemented into construction
• Identify and describe safety program elements
• Identify major hazards found in the construction workplace and explain how construction workers can be protected.
• Quantify direct and indirect losses due to construction safety claims
