At the end of the course the students will:

(a) be familiarized with the basic concepts, models, and theories of organization;

(b)  develop a better understanding of individual and group behaviour and of organizational processes;

(c) understand the relationship between organizational structure, design, culture and behaviour within the organization; 

(d) get a conceptual foundation upon which theoretical knowledge can be applied to organizational and managerial problems
