Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to:

• develop, update, and manage construction project schedules and cost plans using widely adopted software, incorporating the creation and interpretation of network diagrams
• generate, interpret, and effectively report project schedules by applying best practices in data reporting and interpretation
• deepen their understanding of essential project management processes and knowledge areas
• utilize spreadsheet tools to collect, analyze, and interpret project-related data, reinforcing analytical competencies necessary for project evaluation
• strengthen their ability to present and discuss construction planning findings both orally and in writing
