COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of the course the successful students are expected to:

CLO_1:           Identify factors affecting building envelope performance and their relations with material and detail.

CLO_2:           Understand the effects of construction design on long term performance of building envelope.

CLO_3:           Learn design criteria of building envelope components according to national and international standards. 

CLO_4:           Acquire necessary experience for the design process of building envelope by understanding factors affecting its performance.

CLO_5:           Comprehend the results of the decisions on detailing, not only with reference to high performance but also by analyzing building defects.
