Course Objectives

Encourage students to have an ability to apply the knowledge of mathematics and science in achieving quality control of processes, products and production systems. Promote the students to focus on new methods of quality measurement and standards. Educate students to design experiments for improving the quality of foods or developing a new formulation. Encourage students to analyze and interpret data to obtain products with the desired quality.
