This course has three objectives. 1) To learn the jargon of economic of innovation (i.e., the frascati and oslo manuals and the definitions), 2) an introduction to Schumpeterian and evolutionary thought of technological change, 3) and introduction to innovation policy covering the whole process of innovation.
