In this course, you will write a proposal and a manual for a self-help group for METU students. You will conduct literature review, read and summarize literature, understand what self-help groups and therapy manuals are, and adjust existing therapy manuals for such a self-help group.  

The format of the course will include research meetings and discussion hours.
