The course is designed to

equip graduate engineering students with analytical skills and tools needed to model and solve advanced engineering problems.           

enable students to learn Computer Algebra Systems, Mathematical Preliminaries, Some Special First Order ODEs, Second and Higher Order Linear ODEs,  Power Series, Matrices and Systems of ODE, Laplace Transforms, Complex Variables.   

Develop the students knowledge and expertise to use computer algebra systems (CAS) like Maple and Mathematica, and interactive computing software like Matlab.
