The objectives of this course are to familiarize the students with the concepts and techniques of knowledge and process enabling technologies and approaches, including interoperability, knowledge management portals, ontology, social and organizational network analysis, and ICT investments and assessment methodologies; and increase their ability in developing functional specifications, and modeling mind map, ontology and processes.
