Students who have completed the course successfully will be able to
- demonstrate a good understanding of service design methodology and tools,
- identify a service design problem,
- conduct or take part in a service design project by applying the methods and tools introduced,
- argue service design’s role for business,
- pursue a career as a service designer or service design researcher,
- use service design terminology with confidence,
- gain experience in different workshop techniques and conduct a design workshop professionally.
