The main objective of the course is to prepare architecture students for architectural design and to establish the fundamental skills of design thinking and design exploration. The students are expected to explore organization, form and space using a variety of design elements, materials and digital tools. The formal and tectonic characteristics of design are placed into the focus. Experimental techniques of design thinking and making are emphasized.
