The students who pass the course successfully is expected to acquire the theoretical basis and working experience on:
- DC circuit analysis: branch, mesh and node analysis, and the superposition,
- Thevenin and Norton theorems;
- Phasers and complex numbers;
- AC circuit analysis using the same methods used in DC circuits;
- Power and energy;
- RLC circuits; Transformers;
- Diodes and transistors, and their applications.
