1 A strong theoretical background on the core Industrial/Organizational psychology topics such as job analyses, competency modeling, performance evaluation and management, training, personnel selection, motivation, leadership, and job attitudes.
2 Knowledge and sensitiveness for evaluating the reliability and validity of tools used for testing and evaluations.
3 General knowledge in terms of the content and psychometric properties of the assessment tools used in personnel selection, performance evaluation, and needs assessments.
4 Knowledge and skills for conducting job analyses, performance evaluations, training programs, organizational training programs, and personnel selection.
5 Skills in conducting research in I/O psychology-related topics, developing research questions and hypotheses, designing a research study, collecting and analyzing data, and reporting a research study.
