Metabolism of basic food nutrients 

Consumer awareness for living healthy and healthy aging.

Principles of healthy food and healthy nutrition.

Fitness and healthy aging.

Biochemical principles between food, nutrition, health and diseases.

Theoretical and practical information about food and its consequences on human health.
