By the end of this course, students will be able to extend their knowledge and discuss the topics related to functional groups and/or organic compounds such as ethers, epoxides, thiols, sulfides, aldehydes, ketones, carboxylic acids and their derivatives, amines and related heterocycles, carbohydrates, aminoacids, peptides and proteins.
