- Logical sequencing of the activities in a mining project and draw the network diagram.
- Identify different functions in project construction and coordinate the tasks.
- Distinguish critical activities involved in the project.
- Analyze the economic viability of mining projects.
- Revise project network schedule for shortening the project completion time.
- Arrange and identify the necessary articles for a specific contract with appropriate wording.
- Show concern to disputes and conflicts amongst project workforce as well as contractors by appropriate communication between parties.
