Course Learning Outcomes

students will ;

learn basic terminology, major problems, frames of approach and methods of archaeology through case studies 

be able to identify basic research agendas,  such as development of social complexity, and understand the application of methods that inform different interpretive frames

be able to focus on a basic research problem, such as the neolithic or urban revolution and suggest methods to investigate these issues.
