Evaluate the effectiveness of public finance reform initiatives in addressing contemporary challenges and promoting sustainable economic development, with a focus on Turkey's experience. Critically assess the role of government intervention in the economy, including its limitations and potential unintended consequences, in the context of public finance. Apply quantitative methods and analytical techniques to analyze fiscal data and assess the fiscal health and sustainability of government finances.
