Student who completes the course successfully will have knowledge on:

• modelling stock and option prices in complete and incompelete markets  
• Ito calculus for jump diffusion processes and semimartingales
• construction of Levy processes by use of  characteristic triplets, linear transformations and subordination
• construction of equivalent martingale measures
