At the end of the course the participants are expected to possess:

i) an analytical understanding of the work organizations, in any time and place context;

ii) the ability of assessment of the influence of change on work organizations in social sense;

iii) analytical discussion instrument for predicting the future of work, both in the worldwide and in their own country.
