Course Learning Outcomes

Student, who passed the course satisfactorily will be able to:

to explain the the terms/concepts on  angles;  congruence and similarities;   polygons, circles ;  solid figures, spatial visualization, and transformation geometry.

to explain meaning of theorem, definition and axiom/postulate; Euclidean Geometry ; Non-Euclidean Geometry; Van Hiele’s geometric thinikg levels.

to use theorems, definitions, an postulates to develop teaching/learning materilas.

to prepare lesson plans including teaching/learning materials to teach and overcome misconceptions and give decision the effectiveness of  these materials.

to use these teaching/learning materials in the classroom.

to be enthusiastic on teaching/learning geometry.

to appericiate the geometry.

to be self-confident in teaching of basic geometry concepts.

to have aesthetic feelings.

to be aware of historical development of geometry.
