- develop ethical decision-making skills while recognizing effects of situational and personal factors

- understand Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) components
- outline pros and cons of CSR
- differentiate between social responsibility and responsiveness
- elaborate on the concept of corporate social performance
- relate social performance to financial performance
