This class is intended to be a survey class in organizational psychology. You will read published research to learn what this area offers as scientific information, criticize published research to hone your knowledge in research methods, analyze the components of published research such as sample sizes, designs etc, build on existing knowledge by proposing a study with a potential contribution to the literature, and gain sample experience in collecting data in some ongoing research with different designs.
