identify when to use a nonparametric method, to choose a suitable nonparametric methods in testing and in analyses, to formulate, test and interpret various hypothesis tests for location, scale, and independence problems, to characterize, compare, and contrast different nonparametric hypothesis tests, to present and communicate the results of statistical analyses of nonparametric data.
