Upon the successful completion of the course, students:
- will have understood the fundamental research questions and hypotheses in studies conducted into the morphological processing of various linguistic structures by native and non-native speakers of various languages
- will have understood the experimental paradigms employed in morphological processing studies
- will have understood the differences and similarities in the morphological patterns of native and non-native speakers of various languages
- will have understood mainstream models of morphological processing and visual word recognition
- will be able to understand reports of morphological processing experiments
- will be able to understand and critically evaluate scientific publications on morphological processing
