By the end of this course, the student will be able to:
- get knowledge the historical development process of national legislation and describe the existing and related cultural and natural heritage conservation legislation/laws (conceptual, legal, administrative, economic) and tools to be used in conservation and restoration process of cultural heritage.
- establish skills the relationship between legislation and practice and to be able to evaluate the legal problems in the practices; to interpret in general other relevant Laws affecting protection practices,
- develop awareness of professional ethics and responsibility; use the knowledge in the field for the benefit of society.
