1. The visualization of some physiological events and processes in this course helps students better understand and longer remember the issues discussed in the theoretical physiology course.

2. Students get experience with planning, preparing and running experimental studies.

3. Get hints into maintenance and  treatment of experimental animals .

4. Writing reports from the experiments, students learn to analyze,  evaluate and discuss the experimental data  in relevance to the scientific literature.
