Our aim in this course is to

• Describe the fundamentals of fuel cell electrochemistry and thermodynamics.
• Analyze and design fuel cell components and stacks.
• Describe the effect of fuel cell operating conditions on the performance.
• Formulate and model mass, momentum and heat transfer and reaction kinetics in fuel cells.
• Analyze and design fuel cell systems.
